I find myself going deeper into the photographic composition, somewhat primed by the poem (I read it before I saw the image). The image unfolds nicely within the poem’s mood. Though a nice image by itself, it’s simplicity turns into an introspective sort of invitation.

Harsh, it hurts your eyes and makes you squint after a nights darkness.

Really love the choice to shoot this image blurry – not everyone’s a fan of doing that, but I love it. Nice and moody – great for haiku.
